What is the Law of Attraction?

 To understand the concept of the law of attraction, the first thing to keep in mind is that idea of ‘like attracts like’. That means that we ourselves are responsible for all the negativity and positivity surrounding us. This philosophy is used to sum up the idea that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts a person brings positive or negative experiences into their life.

The Law of Attraction is believed to be a life changing experience for many people, as they are able to start a positive and better life this way.  There are several tips and techniques to this, and if followed one can start over with an optimistic approach to their life.

Relax Your Mind

The Law of Attraction

You must have heard this a lot, right? Relax, chill, do not stress. Now these words seem to annoy you. However, if you sit and meditate for only ten to fifteen minutes, the impact it causes is incredible. Relax, think of all you want to achieve. And then when you’re done, write down your goals and ambitions down and strive to achieve them.  You must be determined for this, you must believe that you have to go all out to achieve your goal, and you must do ANYTHING to do so.

Trust Yourself

Now that you know what you want to do, trust yourself. Believe in yourself. Believe that yes, you can do it and that you WILL do it. Do not start to get frustrated, there will be difficulties in your way to achieve your goal but you must never give up on yourself. You must trust yourself, and trust the universe. Trust that you will surely be rewarded for all your hard work and it
will never go to waste.

Stay Focused

The Law of Attraction

It is brutally important to stay focused in your way  to achieve your goal.  Indulge yourself in positive thoughts. If you feel that you are wavering from your path, make lists of all you can achieve if you can achieve that one goal. Say, if you get in your desired college you can move into your ideal apartment. You can lead an independent life and get all you have ever wanted. Spend some time imagining achieving your goal and the life you would live if you could do this one thing.

Gratitude

Isn’t it great when you get appreciated? When people compliment your efforts, and treasure
your work? Well, that can be achieved once you strive towards your goal! But never forget to thank others. Thank the people who stood by you and never gave up on you. Thank them and thank the universe for giving you the strength to achieve all you have.

To accept the Law of Attraction, appreciate the small things. Stay grateful, and be humble. Paste sticky notes around you and write all that you appreciate and write all your goals. This will help you remain focused and determined. Seek positivity around you and strive to spread nothing but positivity.
